No it’s not. You have wildlife animals in the jungle, poisonous plants, still uncontacted tribes, dangerous river currents, and rapid changing micro climates. However don’t worry. We know where it’s safe and where it’s not. You will always have a guide with you during the expedition and a team for support. The Milia Amazon Lodge take scare of your safety so you don’t need to worry about it. However most important is that you use sunblock, mosquito spray after dark and in the morning. Also don’t forget to hydrate yourself and try to avoid reckless behaviour. Always listen to the guides. They know the jungle.

The Milia Amazon Lodge will provide you 5 x breakfast, lunch, and diner based on Amazon Jungle Cuisine. You can let them know in advance if you are vegan, vegeterian or have any food allergies or specific requests. Also, all the tours are included with the entrance fees as well. So you don’t need to worry about extra costs or tipping. Sometimes it’s good to have some cash on you for souvenirs, and extra snacks.
